Privacy by design: the design in favour of privacy

The laws on privacy isn’t enough when we talk from a technical and design point of view of information applications because not all data and neither the cookies are essential. As user and beta test in some online platforms I took care of this point particularly from the technic point of view. Always placing the blame solely on users the question it isn’t the right direction and neither to block the access to the service because we haven’t accept cookies for marketing pourpose it isn’t correct. The aspect from technician, also in the beta, is more complex. The coming of new technologies made emerged since the first times some questions relative to the treatment of personal data and the rights of private life of the users. The law has placed the foundations on these two aspects in Italy since year 1996 with the law 675 and then subsequently with the law 196 of year 2003 together European Union with the directives UE 2002/58/CE and the current GDPR. What from the beginning it’s pointed out in the drafting of the law in the years nineties was that the use of a service and consequentially the transfer of personal data for the usage of service doesn’t obblige to accept the selling of own data, to third parties tied to company or external it, in addition to the fundamental right to private life of each one of us. Architecture of place: journey in the covered markets

In architecture there are many projects that they prove interesting solutions either as architectonic structures with their stylistic characteristics or as urban presence aimed to redevelop or regenerate neighborhoods. It’s clear that if there are companies and they offer an indeterminate period CCNL, all persons prefer this type of work where the fiscal element is mainly of employer and to the worker is asked only to work on the job and for the classical mount of weekly hours more in case extraordinary. From architecture to urban planning: the challenges of future

The classic connection old historical center – new expansion areas is probably one of the most contradictory debate either we see architecture or we see urban planning. It isn’t easy to project in area near historical center for the collision that new opuses cause in the collective opinion but it’s still more difficult to realize new area in which the designers are free to experiment. The questions on next future look at new expansion areas of our cities and our villages. The scenarios are many but it’s possible to enclose them in a congruent number that they have common features. What does it want say to share in the marketing? It means to intercept the right persons for work so it can take good and real clients or can take a real and qualitative flow of visualizations. It can happen that the online publication doesn’t generate views on your work but rather it’s the sharing in the right group with the right persons attracts visualizations through the word of mouth. Before you decide to buy a domain it could be necessary to do some analysis on a web space in hosting and on which it’s possible to set a tool of analysis as Google analytics. I have collected these analysis previous the buying of domain in some videos and I have visualized my analysis graphically with some diagrams in a preliminary study. So in the next posts I will talk about analysis and graphic representation but also of other things tied to the classic question: is it better to have an online domain?
