To be a self-employed worker: expenses of starting activity and management

Among the many things as self-employed worker I have inserted for ATECO codes, the main activity interested me more at the level of analysis and professional development.  It’s about organization and management not only for that I have built as visual artist, but also and expecially for the important step towards consultancy to third parts.  Among the many analysis in these years of self-employed worker I retain of particularly importance the expenses of starting activity and the expenses of management of the activity.  The expenses and the management aren’t indifferent and they are essential to understand the probabilities to hold not only the national market but also and expecially the global market.  It’s a way to evaluate the possible earnings commensurate to the management in the time and to evaluate the feasibility of self-employed work. Either in the case of starting the activity or management, the main cost is the official headquarters either for studi...

Sarah was obliged to take a period of rest from work. The reason was the convocation by a notary for an inheritance of a father’s aunt with name Elide, of whom she had no kowledge of existence. The stones on the paving

Julius was a man that he had worked in all the world and in great cities, but at certain point of his life had given up all this to live in one of that depopulated smart towns of the appennine.  It wasn’t a difficult choise for a man that he had lived fully the confusion of life, absorbed from its the noises and the fast followed each other of events, and that now he wished only to reunite with the quiet and the silence those lands and the nature yet apart pure could give back him.  That afternoon he walked along the road bristling and difficult that it joined his house with the point higher of the town, place from that it could admire a wonderful view on the entire valley that it turned to west.  His walking seemed to have a melancholy look, yet more evident when from time to time he paused to observe the stones that they paved the road, absorbed in maybe which mysterious thinking.  At a look more attentive, still, from his face nothing of all of this it show...

Architectonic criticism

In their development, the arts as the thinking are always influenced from the society that it generated them but the architecture and the urban planning for the fact to be lived space had mainly felt the importance.  The architecture isn’t a pure representation, neither of the society or less for the aesthetical tendency of the moment, but it used of the representation to be comprised, in the interpretation that it does of the necessity of the society to which belongs. It isn’t the assembly of the image used to sell a product, but it uses the images to be coded from audience either it is the client or it is the user. It is an aggregated interpretation of the spaces, paths and functions, connected among them to generate volumes and forms, not finalized to themself, but in a complex draw of colours, lights and shades.  In the architectonic critic there isn’t so a further interpretation, it hasn’t sense. It must be analytical opinion on how the designer had to operate ke...
